The process
Four steps from plan to keys
Your plan or ours
Bring a floor plan you already have, or start from one of our models and change it. We draw up the final plan with you before anything is priced.
Selections
Shingles, siding, windows, doors, and interior finishes are picked up front. Most materials come straight from our own yard, North Central Builders Supply.
Construction
We frame and finish the home on your lot. You get a schedule and regular updates as the build moves.
Walkthrough and handover
We walk the finished home with you, take care of the punch list, and hand over the keys.
The same materials as our modular homes
Malarkey shingles, LP SmartSide siding in ExpertFinish colors, vinyl or steel siding, and Pella windows and patio doors. Interior finishes are your call, and we price everything before we start.
